Spring has sprung!
For those of you who have had the opportunity of walking round the gardens - it is plain to see that Spring has certainly sprung. But with the sprouting of new growth some old growth needs to be taken away and we are most grateful to everyone who gave up their Saturday morning to help Michael. The Big Picnic - Jazz In the Garden 2025
After weeks of glorious sunshine, the weather took a turn on the day of our much-anticipated picnic. You may be able to reduce your water bills
Most flats within the block are unsuited to being fitted with a water meter and so residents pay for their water according to their flat's rate-able value. These rate-able values can be quite high and this results in large annual water bills. Fibre Broadband
We're delighted that BT Openreach has now connected the block to their new fibre network. What this means is that if you would like you can subscribe to superfast broadband through your preferred Internet Service Provider (ISP). Many ISPs provide this service and it's worth shopping around for the deal that suits your needs.
